Hello and welcome to the Skinny Bitch Vegan – Lifestyle.
The Skinny Bitch book recommends no booze, but a red organic wine with no sulfites is OK. There is a red wine at Trader Joe’s that does meet the criteria, and I have enjoyed it a few times. However, lately when I am working a wedding, and catch a whiff of a margarita, or see someone drinking champagne it sparks a craving. Let’s hope after a year of “refraining” from fattening, evil booze, I do not turn into a boozer.
Up at 8:30am
Day off from exercising
Breakfast: 1 oz. wild Alaskan blueberry drink, grapefruit, and two slices of whole wheat toast with organic boysenberry jam
Snack: Banana, and whole wheat crackers
Lunch: Soybeans with low sodium soy sauce, peach, and a cup of decaf herbal tea
Snack: Smoothie with rice milk, papaya, pineapple, strawberries, mango, banana, and blueberries
Dinner: Vegan egg rolls, whole grain rice, and vegetable soup
Snack: Granola cereal with rice milk
67oz of water
Daily Vitamins Include: Omega 3, Vitamin D, Iron, Calcium, B12, and Super B complex
