Did you know vegans and vegetarians smell better than meat eaters do? That’s right…Years ago humans were meant to stink, and put out a foul odor so animals wouldn’t hunt them down and eat them. Think of this: If I went out for a jog in the woods with a friend, who eats meat, who do you think the mountain lion would attack first? That’s right me…the vegan, because I put out a more pleasant smell to animals.
Up at 6:00am
Exercised for 60 minutes
Breakfast: 1 oz. wild Alaskan blueberry drink, grapefruit, and whole wheat oatmeal with cinnamon
Snack: Banana and corn nuts
Lunch: Soybeans with low sodium soy sauce, peach, and a cup of decaf herbal tea
Snack: Smoothie with rice milk, papaya, pineapple, strawberries, mango, banana, and blueberries
Dinner: Vegan wantons, artichoke hearts, and watermelon
Snack: Fruit and nut health bar

Daily Vitamins Include: Omega 3, Vitamin D, Iron, Calcium, B12, and Super B complex
