Hello and welcome to the Skinny Bitch Vegan – Lifestyle.
Since I stopped drinking coffee, my teeth have become noticeably whiter. Of course that will inevitably happen when one stops drinking three cups of coffee a day. Hayden, my nine year old, has also noticed my pearly whites and loves to make deals with me. Just the other day Hayden said, “mom…if I become a vegan does that mean I won’t have to brush my teeth EVER again?”
Up at 7:30am
Exercised for 45 minutes
Breakfast: 1 oz. wild Alaskan blueberry drink, grapefruit, and whole wheat malt-o-meal with raspberries
Snack: Grapefruit, whole wheat crackers, and a cup of decaf herbal tea
Lunch: Soybeans with low sodium soy sauce, and an apple
Snack: Smoothie with rice milk, papaya, pineapple, strawberries, mango, banana, and blueberries
Dinner:Grilled potatoes, bell peppers, and corn on the cob
Snack: Granola cereal with rice milk
67oz of water
Daily Vitamins Include: Omega 3, Vitamin D, Iron, Calcium, B12, and Super B complex
