Day 197

Hello and welcome to the Skinny Bitch Vegan – Lifestyle.

Occasionally, me and my boys will drive past a hit and run crime scene. What I am referring to, is a poor wild animal that neglected to make it to the other side of the road. Whenever we do approach  animal carcass on the road my boys are always saying, “mom, don’t look, don’t look, don’t look…did you look?”

Up at 6:30am

Exercised for 60 minutes

Breakfast: 1 oz. wild Alaskan blueberry drink, grapefruit, and whole wheat malt-o-meal with cinnamon

Snack: Grapefruit, vegan bran muffin, and a cup of decaf herbal tea

Lunch: Soybeans with low sodium soy sauce, and watermelon

Snack: Smoothie with rice milk, papaya, pineapple, strawberries, mango, banana, and blueberries

Dinner:Large salad with carrots, olives, cucumber, tomatoes, broccoli, and balsamic vinaigrette with fresh fruit, vegetable soup, and whole wheat garlic bread 

Snack: Apple with peanut butter

67oz of water

Daily Vitamins Include: Omega 3, Vitamin D, Iron, Calcium, B12, and Super B complex

Another day towards a fit and fab life!!!
