Hello and welcome to the Skinny Bitch Vegan – Lifestyle.
The other day I was minding my own business, while sitting on the couch, eating my vegan lunch, and watching an episode of Entourage. Connor, my recently turned sarcastic twelve year old, suddenly appeared in the room, and began inspecting the couch, I was sitting on. When I asked what he was up too he replied, “mom…is this a leather sofa?” After I shot my first born a dirty look I said, “go play xbox.” Being a vegan is so hard!!!
Up at 7:00am
Exercised for 45 minutes
Breakfast: 1 oz. wild Alaskan blueberry drink, grapefruit, and two slices of whole wheat toast with organic jam
Snack: Banana, and a cup of decaf herbal tea
Lunch: Soybeans with low sodium soy sauce, and grapes
Snack: Smoothie with rice milk, papaya, pineapple, strawberries, mango, banana, and blueberries
Dinner:Veggie burger, and a salad with a raspberry vinaigrette, and sweet potato fries ÂÂ
Snack: Pistachios
67oz of water
Daily Vitamins Include: Omega 3, Vitamin D, Iron, Calcium, B12, and Super B complex
