Day 230
Hello and welcome to the Skinny Bitch Vegan – Lifestyle.
On our last night in Las Vegas we went to the Texas De Brazil restaurant for dinner. The menu was a set price, and because I am a vegan I was $30 off the regular price…score. My kids were half off, but with the amount of meat they consumed they should have been full price.
When we first entered the restaurant, there was a framed news paper article hanging on the wall which read, Vegans Beware. This was my warning of things to come. Next, when the hostess looked up our reservation on the schedule, she smirked and said, “your the vegan.” Then another hostess within ear range said, “interesting place for a vegan to come.” I then looked at my husband, and wondered where the heck he brought me for dinner. After the hostess seated us at our table she said, “I use to be a vegan…take your vitamins.” she mumbled over her shoulder, in an ominous voice, as she walked away.
The salad bar was amazing, and that was where I obviously spent most of my time. After my husband and two sons were bored with the salad bar, they flipped their individual tags, on the table, from red to green. This indicated they were ready for the main course…meat galore. Next, an entourage of staff swarmed our table with a variety of meat selections known to man. The waiters were wearing genie pants, and had assorted meats on a long skewer. My three boys (including my husband) thought they were in heaven, but I felt I was in some sort of slasher horror film at a slaughter house in Death Valley. However, my guys were not bothered in the slightest that their vegan wife/mother was in the vicinity.
That night back at our hotel, Greg, Connor, and Hayden all three slept like three lions after a big kill.

Day off from exercising
Breakfast: 1 oz. wild Alaskan blueberry drink, whole wheat toast with organic jam and grapefruit
Snack: banana and grapes
Lunch: Vegan P.B. & J sandwich, and organic chips
Snack: Pistachios
Dinner: Whole wheat pasta and a side salad with Italian dressing
Snack: Decaf herbal tea and an apple
67oz of water
Daily Vitamins Include: Omega 3, Vitamin D, Iron, Calcium, B12, and Super B complex
