Day 231
Hello and welcome to the Skinny Bitch Vegan – Lifestyle.
Today one of the teachers at my kids school said my blog inspired her to eat healthier, and now she is on a modified vegan diet. Though a total vegan diet is too hard core for her lifestyle, she has already noticed an improvement in her over-all wellness, by giving up dairy alone.
Up at 7:30am
Exercised for 70 minutes
Breakfast: 1 oz. wild Alaskan blueberry drink, and granola cereal with rice milk
Snack: Cantaloupe
Lunch: Vegan P.B. & J sandwich, banana, grapes, and organic chips
Snack: Smoothie with rice milk, mango, pineapple, papaya, blueberries, strawberries, and banana
Dinner: Large salad with with Italian dressing
Snack: Decaf herbal tea and whole wheat malt-o-meal
67oz of water
Daily Vitamins Include: Omega 3, Vitamin D, Iron, Calcium, B12, and Super B complex
Another day towards a fit and fab life!!!
