Hello and welcome to the Skinny Bitch Vegan – Lifestyle.
Since turning vegan, back in January, I have visited many salad bars across the west coast. Is it wrong, that my favorite salad bar, of all time, is the one at Chuck E. Cheese (yes…the kids restaurant)?
Up at 8:30am
Exercised for 60 minutes
Breakfast: 1 oz. wild Alaskan blueberry drink, and whole wheat organic waffles with maple syrup
Snack: None
Lunch: Veggie fajitas ÂÂ
Snack: Smoothie
Dinner: Soybeans with low sodium soy sauce
Snack: Banana
67oz of water
Daily Vitamins Include: Omega 3, Vitamin D, Iron, Calcium, B12, and Super B complex
Another day towards a fit and fab life!!!
