Yesterday my husband called his sister in Virginia and she was telling Greg that her husband, our brother-in-law, had gone out of town for New Years on a hunting trip. Apparently, our dear brother-in-law is hog hunting with a group of friends to ring in the new year. So I took the liberty and Goggled this carnivorous sporting event, and this is what I found on one of several hog hunting websites:
Wild Hog Hunt Package – 3 days and 2 nights $499
Includes:
1 hog of any size; no trophy fees (You can purchase additional hogs for $150 ea. or 2 or more for $100 ea.)
Any 2 predators or varmints per day (Bobcat, Coyote, Fox, Possum, Armadillo, Raccoon, Rabbit, Ring-tail Cat, or Mountain  lion. We only see a few mountain lions per year, but we want them shot on sight!)

Breakfast: 1 oz. wild Alaskan blueberry drink, a whole wheat bagel with vegan butter, and mixed fruit
Snack: Decaf herbal tea, and grapes
Lunch: Soybeans with low sodium soy sauce and grape fruit
Snack: Whole wheat bagel with vegan butter
Dinner: Salad with Italian dressing and carrots with hummus
Snack: Bowl of raspberries and blackberries
